About Lenori Lodge
Lenori Lodge’s rambling garden is on a one acre site, with claret ash, prunus and an enormous bay tree remaining from the original garden established in the 1930’s. It is part of the original estate, “Bagatelle”, established by Claude de Benales, the builder of London Court and the Cottesloe Civic Centre.
Mediterranean plants and perennials have been planted and small deciduous trees provide dappled shade in the summer. Roses, camellias and ground-cover ivy flourish and there are quiet nooks to sit in and enjoy the scented plants, birds and lizards, the frogs in the pond and bandicoots everywhere.
